after thinking about exactly what a user could and couldn't do with
cached info, I decided to make all entries cacheable. I don't think
that there is any nasty consequences to this, as if a user is already
logged in then he will already have the privileges and changing the
winbind info doesn't make a difference, but if not already logged in
then the login will go via the DC anyway (that is not cached) so they
won't be able to do anything nasty.

This required changing the cache to have separate cache times for
individual entries, rather than only global cache times. Luckily Tims
structures made this a very simple change.
