Use free_*_array() functions instead of freeing various arrays by hand.

Deleted find_domain_from[ug]id() functions as they are no longer used.

winbind [ug]id smb.conf parameters now take only a range of ids as opposed
to a list.  Parameter checking code adjusted accordingly.

id list range now in server state structure rather than domain list.

Domain list now taken from the results of enumerating the trusted domain
list as we no longer have a nice list of domains given in the winbind
[ug]id parameters.
