- Wrote lsa_io_q_set_info-parser
- used in api_lsa_set_info (now we can see, what they want
  to set)
  I still need LSA_R_SET_INFO
- run indent on parts of some files
- memcpy(pol, &r_x.pol, sizeof()) -> *pol = &r_x.pol
- Made some debug-messages in util_hnd nicer.
