CVS update: samba/source/rpc_server

jeremy,

do you have mark's email address?  work on 2_0 DCE/RPC services and code
is a complete waste of time, and this is the second commit from HP on 2_0
services.

i tried to enforce this by removing everything by srv_share_get_info,
srv_share_enum and srv_server_get_info, domain logon client and lsarpc
support, last year, and you put it back.

the last commit from HP was on \PIPE\winreg, and it was an incomplete
case,, turning a PDC into a BDC without actually checking whether the
server was in fact a PDC or a BDC.
