Luke, I asked you *not* to put these structures into
HEAD until Andrew and I had reviewed the need for them.

I am removing the NET_USER_INFO struct from the user_struct
as it is not referenced in any HEAD code.

Likewise the other struct you added is gone until we need
it.

Don't add unused cruft to HEAD on the chance you'll need
it "soon". Add it when it's needed, not before. Else if it
is never needed then it just clutters up the include files
and confuses people.

*Don't* commit into HEAD at the moment please. You are
causing JF and I extra work.
