Part 2 of large domain optimisations:

    - Bundle multiple replies for user enumeration through getpwent()

    - Various fixes for variable length data handling in libnss_winbind.so 
      and winbindd

    - Cache user dispinfo and group data

    - Some serious speed optimisations for >30,000 group membership
