unixattr.idl from uae-0.02.zip.
The README.TXT in uae-0.02.zip says, it's LGPL, so I hope,
it's okay, that I drop this here (the file itself has no
license-indications).
I slightly modified it by removing all ^M from it.

Sander: sidlc doesn't like this file, I highly guess, that
midl eats it, so could you take a look at it?
