outdated files in samba TNG branch

I think TNG has some files, that are _really_ outdated:
SAMBATNGDIR/source/change-log
SAMBATNGDIR/source/internals.doc
SAMBATNGDIR/doc/announce
SAMBATNGDIR/doc/VFS.txt 



updates for doc needed for:
SAMBATNGDIR/source/README (e.g. link to Lars FAQ)
SAMBATNGDIR/README         # still refers to 2.1prealpha
SAMBATNGDIR/Roadmap        # If someone has an idea about 2.1 2.2 3.0 ...
SAMBATNGDIR/WHATSNEW.txt   # up to date to 2.5.2 so just merges to 2.6 missing
SAMBATNGDIR/source/docs/THANKS   # no changes since 1998.
                                 # i think it would be fair either to include
                                 # people like luke or jerry or any other in
                                 # that file or let it die
SAMBATNGDIR/doc/history          # up to date till release samba 2.0


move suggestions:
SAMBATNGDIR/doc/NT4-Locking.reg
SAMBATNGDIR/doc/NT4_PlainPassword.reg

# to clean up the doc dir.
# also one could include the reg hacks for 
#   - daily login message
#   - deleting local roaming profiles
#   - deleting last user
