_spoollss_getprinterdriver2 conversion.  again, ignored the BUFFER*
parameter in the unmarshalling, passing DRIVER_INFO *ctr in the hope
that jf will fix spoolss_q_getprinterdriver() to take a DRIVER_INFO ctr
instead of a BUFFER.
