whee!  got usrmgr working again.  this was the "SMBtrans" long PDU
issue.  NT expects the STATUS_BUFFER_OVERFLOW info-warning to be
set, which i wasn't aware of, i just copied what NT did (for previous
versions), without realising that the damn NT msrpc-smb code actually
_relied_ on this status-warning!
