Removed well-known rid stuff.

Implemented fetching of group info using samr_query_userinfo call.

Added winbindd_proto.h (yuck - probably will get rid of this one)

Convert name lookups to use sids instead of rids so we can use the
lsa_* functions instead of samr_*
