fixed some bugs found while using the canon inf file. Need to strip leading
spaces from section names. Strip trailing spaces from directory paths. There
was a new parameter called VendorSetup in the inf file. I don't see it being
passed anywhere in the driver downloading trace though so I just parse for
it and ignore it. This was a quick hack. We really need to generically strip
spaces from beginning and end of parameters. Next time :-)
