Merged in Tim's changes: Removed static limit of MAX_LOOKUP_SIDS in rpc server and client
lsa_lookup_names() and lsa_lookup_sids().
Removed the special casing of SIDs in se_access_check. This is now done (correctly)
when the NT_USER_TOKEN is *created*.
