Hmmm the "return pointer from table" is thread-safe... the
problematic case is, if there's no message and a local
static string is filled with some "Error 0x%x".

Well... on the other side: We should have most errors in
there and samba isn't anyway intended for threading...
okay... the libraries could once end up in a threaded app,
but we will have more critical problems by that time.
