The smb_passwd_ops struct got a getsamseqnum function
prepended and someone only added a function for the
smbpasswd-backend...

I added a fallback to time(NULL) for it and prepended NULL
to both LDAP-backend structs.

Hope, this fixes a bunch of ldap problems.
