Log Message:
Added optional argument to in and out attributes. Specs differ, decided
to include it. Now both [in, out] and [in(shape), out(shape)] should be
valid. I have no idea what the shape argument should do...

Added expression argument to the field attributes (first_is, max_is,
min_is, last_is, size_is). This isn't finished though. Also expressions
aren't implemented yet.
