Fix that could explain a longstanding bug w.r.t. Samba and Win95 clients
(fixed in Win98). If the first part of a reply to a chained packet is
not aligned (and I'm now aligning on a 4 byte boundary, I may have
been able to get away with 2 bytes) then the Win95 redirector just
dies and sends a FIN packet as the reply. This could fix a whole
stream of unreproducible bug reports for Win95.
