- change user to username and passwd to password in smbmount to
prevent conflict with "user" in fstab

- handle -h option in smbmount

- set default debuglevel in smbmount to 1 to make it quite when

- use O_NOFOLLOW in smbumount to prevent symlink tricks

- fix a bug in installbin.sh in creating the mount.smb symlink
