- got rid of the global myhostname variable and replaced it with a myhostname()
function. This fixes some problems with include macros and smbpasswd as well
as cleaning things up a bit.

- fixed the typo in smbmount that led to a SIGPIPE on a debug message.

- some minor changes to the oplock support in clientgen.c to support
the new oplocks tests in smbtorture

- fixed a bug in testparm when dealing with argc > 4

- addd a new oplock test in smbtorture
