smbd/reply.c: Fixed bug where username could sometimes be sent to remote server calls still in
              DOS codepage format.
libsmb/clientgen.c: Fixed bug where 24 byte encrypted passwords given to sessionsetup_and_X
                    were copied by fstrcpy, instead of memcpy, thus causing a problem if they
                    contained a zero. ANDREW PLEASE REVIEW THIS CHANGE !
