the fstype in Win9X was showing up as "NTFS\" instead of "NTFS". This
resulted in the dos prompt not showing long filenames.

The problem was the return value from dos_PutUniCode(). As used in
trans2.c it should return the length of the unicode string *not*
including the two null bytes.
