Changes to level2 oplock code from Manish Agarwal <magarwal at veritas.com>.
The problem with the old level2 code is that as no response is waited for
when an oplock level2 break message is sent, the sending smbd keeps going
around the loop sending break messages until the last smbd has removed its
level2. This leads to multiple messages being sent for one oplock level2
break.
This patch causes the sender to wait for a response before continuing, thus
ensuring that only one message is sent per level2 oplock existant on the
file.
