New branch tag : SAMBA_2_0_RELEASE

I've created a new branch tag SAMBA_2_0_RELEASE
so I can add point patches to a release (eg. 2.0.4a,
2.0.4b). I need this so I can continue working on
newer stuff (including the 2.1 -> 2.0 merge) whilst
still putting out working 2.0.x point fixes.

Damn that word bug. It's amazing that no-one spotted
this one. SGI have been using this code for a while.

Who else is living on the 2.0 cvs branch ?
