- added <>" to standard test chars 
- added some standard test filenames that show important bugs in Samba
- added -a option so you can see all test results

Using the above I've now shown that NT does *not* treat Win9X and NT
clients differently. The problem was our mask_convert() routine which
is totally bogus and led us to misunderstand wildcard matching
