open_directory needs to check conn->read_only. Windows 2000, which uses
SMBntcreateandX instead of SMBmkdir to create directories, was mysteriously
able to create directories on 'writeable = no' shares.

Andrew/Jeremy, as this is a few line fix with no side-effects it may be
worth including in 2.0.5.
