param/loadparm.c: Removed last unbounded StrCpy used in lp_string().
lib/util_str.c: Removed StrCpy (now no longer used anywhere).
                Added alpha_strcpy() which only copied 'a-Z0-9' and replaces
                anything else with '_'.
include/proto.h: Updated with changes.
smbd/message.c: Fixes for overrun issues.
