NO!!!

don't add features because they are "cool" or because NT can do it. We
don't need/want this.

I want SMB/MSRPC to die, not to become a core piece of every unix
admins toolbox. I can't think of any unix admin who wants the ablity
to control unix daemons from NT.

even worse, it will lose error output. Starting/stopping a daemon from
a unix tool (like a command prompt) enusres that the error output gets
seen. starting it from a msrpc request is a gross hack.

please remove this Luke. It won't get into Samba 3.0 and will just
make the merge that much harder.
