the first one you do: can you make it "SMBNTcreateX"?  the really big one
that we need to avoid "SMBopenX" on a dce/rpc pipe, that causes NT 5.0
build 1773 and below to core-dump?

i want to start testing samba / nt 5 interop, and i can't.  this _may_ be
one way to avoid the problem...
