i just spotted some calls to xxxsmbpwxxx functions directly from
smbpasswd.c which should now call xxxsampwxxx functions: i have just
renamed them.

i envisage that no calls to xxxsmbpwxxx functions, or xxxldappwxxx, or
xxxSPIFFYDBpwxxx functions should be made except by passdb.c.  what
y'reckon?
