Well that's the whole point. These files shouldn't exist
in the 1_9_18_BRANCH, but should exist in the main branch
and the NTDOM branch.
So I checked them out in the 1_9_18_BRANCH (they were
then untagged), tagged them with the 1_9_18_BRANCH tag
(they now have a separate existance in this branch)
and then did a cvs remove of them (only in this branch).
Thus anyone doing a cvs co -r 1_9_18_BRANCH samba
will not get the lib/rpc directory (as they should
not).

It does. When you created the new directory
structure did you tag everything in it with
the BRANCH_NTDOM tag ?
