Nah it doesn't - the comment is a bit misleading - I
was fixing it so that when Samba is acting as a member
of a domain, and receives a connection request from a
Win95 client (that sends the NT password as zero length)
then we were forwarding the zero length correctly to
the PDC to do authentication for the client.
