I'm not sure this is a good idea.

go and read some online copyright information. Upping the copyright
year actually *weakens* our copyright.

I'm now trying to find the reference for this but can't. I came across
it while researching the Beatty case. The idea is basically that a
infringer can claim that the last date on the copyright notice is the
date at which damages should be calculated from.
