Changes from Bill Hawes:

- Added -s flag to smbmnt. For information only. To me this looks
  suid-safe.

- Bug fix in smbmount code.

Andrew's suggestion:

- Added error message if compiled with Linux < 2.1.70. Andrew, I did
  not yet look at the glibc stuff. I first want to look at glibc myself
  first.
