branch tag BRANCH_1_9_18 created

Hi all,

	After doing the 1.9.18 release, I added
the branch tag BRANCH_1_9_18 to the tree.

To do bugfixes in the 1.9.18 source tree,
checkout the 1.9.18 tree by doing :

cvs co -r BRANCH_1_9_18 samba

- this will checkout the 1.9.18 branch.
New development continues in the head
branch, as usual :-).
