Log Message:

adding BRANCH_NTDOM smbclient files to main branch.  intend to add a
totally separate "compile" to Makefile for these files.  this is so that
work can carry on in the main branch on the correct versions of
smbd/smbclient for the dce/rpc development.

the alternative [to work on two totally separate branches, simultaneously:
one branch for smbclient; the other for smbd] runs too many risks.
