Added the requirement that the BinTree, SplayTree, and Cache modules be
compiled from the ubiqx directory.  These are needed for the changes
I've made to mangle.c.

Testing of mangle.c is going well.  I'm getting equivalent behavior from
the old and new versions.  (Not that the behavior is necessarily correct,
mind you, but if there are bugs they are not new bugs!)
