nameserv.h: Removed STATUS_QUERY_NAME - nothing uses this.
nmbd_incomingrequests.c: Added comments about not implementing lp_wins_proxy() yet.
nmbd_serverlistdb.c: Fixed bug were I was looking at UNICAST_SUBNET and I shouldn't.
nmbd_namelistdb.c: Removed STATUS_QUERY_NAME - nothing uses this.
nmbd_workgroupdb.c: Fixed bug where I was NOT looking at UNICAST_SUBNET and I should :-).
nmblib.c: Fixed unsigned option when parsing name_type.
