Log Message:
nmbd_packets.c: Re-written and remove the appaling initiate_netbios_packet
and queue_netbios_packet functions. Each packet type is now sent by a
separate function. You've *no* idea how much this clean up the code :-).

Also added support for registering multi-homed names with a WINS server.
