Can we also use it in an optional autoconf test? ie autoconf will use the 
precomputed value for every OS unless you start with 'configure --locktest',
which would prompt the user to make sure the machine is under the same 
sort of load as it would normally be before starting samba and then run 
smbtorture. Actually I'm not sure that load is relevant, or is it 
possible that there might be non-linear degradation in some cases?
