Issues
------

sorting out "samusers" command to grab USER_INFO_15 structure (added
SAMR_OPEN_USER to smbclient).  this info level will be on request, later,
as a sub-command of "samusers".  

also modified things so that smbclient can output to stdout, but DEBUG
output goes to stderr.
