rsync 3.5.0 coming out next week

I sent the embargoed rsync 3.5.0 security release to the distros
security mailing list yesterday. It is embargoed till next Thursday
the 13th of August 10am Canberra time (that is 00:00 GMT time).
It is a very large release with 33 CVEs and hundreds of patches (a lot
of which are new testsuite additions). I'm just letting you all know
so it isn't as much of a surprise.
Many thanks to everyone who helped with this release! We've been
working on it since May.
