Prompt before overwrite

Dear rsync developers,

Back in 2013, there was an email in the rsync mailing list requesting
a new feature to request a prompt to overwrite existing files (like
with cp -i)

If I understand correctly, in the email I am referring to, one of the
developers said that this would be implemented. But I cannot find
anything in the documentation. Has this been implemented since then?
