Command Failed -1 error

Hello,

In the past and present we have received an error of "Command failed with -1:" when running rsync.  -1 is not a valid response that I can find.  Is there a way to debug this or has anyone come across a -1 error?

We receive messages with a 12, 23, 24 which makes sense but this -1 is a mystery?
