rsync for windows doesn't like "--rsh"?

I should have been more verbose. I'm not just randomly trying things. I
have successfully used this under Unix (via "--rsh"), but the same thing
doesn't work under Windows.

(BTW it's "openssl s_client" - which acts as a I/O pipe. I have also
tried socat - same problem)
