No difference seen between two files but diff is positive.
It's impossible to include two files, so the contents of config.2 is below.

command:
rsync -Cavzin config.1 config.2

output:
-bash-3.00# rsync -Cavzin config.1 config.2
sending incremental file list
>f..t...... config.1

sent 51 bytes  received 15 bytes  132.00 bytes/sec
total size is 80  speedup is 1.21 (DRY RUN)
