$ rsync -a --max-size=0 source dest
rsync: --max-size value is invalid: 0
rsync error: syntax or usage error (code 1) at main.c(1443) [client=3.0.7]

It's a bit odd that there's a way to transfer (0 or 1 byte) files, but no way
to transfer only 0-byte files.
