question on delta transfer

I don't understand why I sent so many message.. can be my outlookJ.. sorry
again

 

It seems very strange that I write before but it was that happen to me.

 

I have a remote application that every 3 hours recreate the file x that the
first  time will be moved to destination , the next time I running rsync on
the client I see that a .partial file will be recreated reading the new "x1"
file that in mean time has been recreated. Please note that "x1" has the
same name but mtime and size different  compare to x that are on
destination.

 

Also I put -vv on line of the client and it said delta transfer enabled. but
it copy all the whole file..

 

Please note that I not delete and rebuid the file the delta transfer works
fine.

 

No idea?
