Rsync subscription is including samba-bugs

This is by design.  Actually, samba-bugs is the sender; the recipient is
rsync-qa, an alias for the rsync list.

If enough people are interested in receiving the discussion without the
bug mails, maybe Wayne will separate out the lists.
