Backing up a stand alone system to a usb drive with rsync

Thanks again for the link, a couple of questions:

1 - My backup usb drive is mounted in /media/backup, shouldn't cause a
problem correct?

2 - Since my system is spaced across two drives will they both be backed
up or would I require some additional parameters?
