Installing rsync-2.4.6 on an Intel box running Solaris x86....

Greetings all RSYNC Guru's,

We are presently using rsync-2.4.6 on our environment on several
servers.

We recently added an Intel Box running Solaris x86 to the mass of Sun
servers.

What we're trying to attempt is to install the same rsync version on
this box, and we're wondering is there anyone out there who has any
experience in doing so, or any suggestions to make this work.

We have being using this great product for at least 7yrs or so in a UNIX
environment and I don't think we have ever changed the version ever
since it was first installed.
